DIY Herbal Breast Massage Oil

Recipe by Kimberly Brown

Ingredients

  • Massage Oil Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup infused Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Castor Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Jojoba Oil

  • 1 Tbsp Rosehip Oil

  • 10 drops each of Essential Oil of Grapefruit, Lemon, Cedarwood, Rosemary, Peppermint and Frankincense

  • 10 drops of vitamin E oil

Directions

  • Make infused oil. This step can be done ahead of time at sit for weeks to steep or can be made in 1 day using heat. I prefer to do a combination of both. combine the grapeseed oil moringa powder, comfrey, rosehip seeds and calendula into a mason jar. place enough water in a saucepan to allow the mason jar to set inside the saucepan and be 1/2 submerged in water. You want to be sure the jar with the oil does not float, nor does the sauce pan evaporate the water away during heating. Heat the water in a saucepan either on the stovetop, the woodstove or a crockpot. The ideal temperature of the oil is 120 – 140 degrees. Keep check on the oil temperature to be sure the oil is in the ideal temperature range. Simmer the infusion for 1-6 hours. Let cool and steep overnight or for up to 6 weeks.
Strain the oil through a cheesecloth or fine-mesh strainer. Be sure all jars are clean and dry.
  • Add Castor oil, Rosehip oil Jojoba oil and essential oils. Pour into a squirt bottle or bottle that works well for dispensing.
